Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick products based on order specifications using RF scanners.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring product protection.
- Conduct quality control checks on all outgoing shipments.
- Prepare packages for shipping, applying appropriate labels and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets.
- Participate in inventory cycle counting and management.
- Must be capable of frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strict adherence to all safety policies and the correct use of PPE is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or a related field is advantageous.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and overtime as needed.
- A proactive approach to safety and adherence to all guidelines.
