We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our busy logistics hub in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, accurately picking and packing orders, stocking shelves, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space. A commitment to Safety is fundamental; you must follow all established Safety protocols, including the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and practice safe Lifting techniques throughout your shift. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We value individuals who are reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Stock and organize products on warehouse shelves.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and tracking.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and utilize required PPE.
- Practice safe Lifting and material handling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational targets.
