Join our dynamic team in Indianapolis, Indiana as a Picker/Packer! We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to our fast-paced logistics and distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from warehouse shelves and efficiently packing them for shipment. Your duties will include using scanning equipment to identify and select items, verifying order accuracy, and preparing packages for transit. This position demands a high level of attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction. Significant Lifting will be a part of your daily tasks, so physical stamina is important. Safety is our top priority; you will be expected to follow all Safety regulations and wear the appropriate PPE at all times. Experience in a warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn. You will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain productivity and ensure timely order fulfillment. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing logistics company.
