As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Your role is vital to the smooth functioning of our warehouse and ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is physically fit, possesses a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We prioritize the safety of our employees and require strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position involves regular lifting and requires standing and moving for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and rotation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the use of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
