We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods into and out of our facility. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong work ethic, and possess the physical capability to perform various warehouse tasks. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise according to established procedures. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment. Our commitment to a safe working environment means you will be provided with the necessary PPE and extensive training on all aspects of warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Store merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Follow all instructions for proper handling and movement of goods.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding daily tasks and challenges.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety vests and gloves.
- Understanding of warehouse Logistics and best practices is an advantage.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of Safety awareness.
