Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock merchandise appropriately.
- Pick orders accurately using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload trucks and other vehicles as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse aisles, workstations, and common areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of warehouse logistics and operations.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
