Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and energetic Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is fundamental to our logistics operations, supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout our facility. You will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, and you will receive training on proper lifting techniques, the use of warehouse equipment, and the mandatory use of PPE. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise accurately onto shelves and into designated locations.
  • Pick items from inventory based on order fulfillment requirements.
  • Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other manual lifting devices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurately prepared and staged.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and high-visibility vests.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
