Become an Order Picker at our Fort Worth, Texas distribution center and play a key role in our logistics network. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and retrieving products to fulfill customer orders. This fast-paced role requires a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and a strong work ethic. You will navigate our warehouse using scanners or pick lists to locate items, ensuring order accuracy and timeliness. We are committed to maintaining a safe working environment, so adherence to safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are mandatory. Key responsibilities include: locating and retrieving items from warehouse shelves, verifying product identification and quantities against order details, transporting picked items to designated staging areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and communicating any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors. This position involves significant physical exertion, including bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Experience with manual lifting and an understanding of warehouse safety protocols are highly valued.
