Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Seattle, Washington! We are looking for energetic individuals to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations. In this role, you will be involved in various tasks including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Your commitment to Safety and attention to detail will ensure the smooth functioning of our Logistics processes. We provide a safe and supportive work environment, and adherence to all Safety protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Utilize and wear all required PPE, including safety footwear and high-visibility clothing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Support the overall Logistics flow of goods.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Solid understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies and wear mandated PPE.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
