Join our rapidly growing logistics team as a Warehouse Associate in Austin, Texas! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to contribute to the daily operations of our distribution center. As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient flow of goods and upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with other team members to meet operational targets and maintain high standards of productivity. Safety is paramount in our operations, and all associates are required to adhere to strict safety protocols and utilize provided PPE. - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory counts and audits.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to use RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Must be able to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, such as safety shoes and vests.
- Team-oriented and able to work collaboratively.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent work ethic and reliability.
