You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving incoming shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing goods for shipment. - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately stock merchandise on shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Pick customer orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring correct documentation.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to use RF scanning technology.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE, including safety vests and steel-toed boots.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Familiarity with logistics principles and warehouse workflows.
- A strong commitment to safety and workplace best practices.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
