We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving, stocking, and shipping of goods. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You'll work closely with a supportive team to manage inventory, process orders, and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies.
- Stock and organize inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to specific instructions.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Assist with shipping and receiving documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Must be able to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety shoes.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
