will prepare you to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. You'll rotate through key departments while building relationships, technical skills, and leadership competencies. Responsibilities include:

• Build relationships with customers and employees at all levels
• Fulfill day-to-day responsibilities within your assigned department
• Rotate through multiple business units for cross-functional exposure
• Receive personalized mentorship and one-on-one manager training
• Participate in lunch-and-learns with Mustang Cat executives
• Complete presentations and business-impact projects
