VICE PRESIDENT, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING

We seek a VP of Software Engineering to lead our data and AI-driven product development, bridging teams across Product, Data Architecture, and AI to design scalable, data-centric solutions for next-generation care delivery. This leadership role reports to the CIO and requires a strong technical background, strategic vision, coding expertise, and team management skills. The VP will oversee software development, guide architecture decisions, and ensure quality and scalability across platforms. Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across various disciplines to improve healthcare experiences for seniors. Create an integrated healthcare application ecosystem in collaboration with product and data teams. Manage multiple strategic projects with cross-functional stakeholders. Partner with Data Science teams to implement models that improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. Make strategic technology decisions balancing short-term and long-term goals. Translate complex requirements into actionable development plans. Ensure technical excellence and oversee product feature development. Integrate real-time analytics and AI insights into operational workflows. Maintain high application quality from development through deployment. Participate in coding, reviews, testing, and support activities. Promote best practices in software engineering for performance, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with business partners to deliver capabilities aligned with organizational needs. Minimum Requirements:

10+ years of software development experience, with leadership roles in scalable applications, and experience building products from the ground up. Proficiency in cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), databases (SQL, NoSQL), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and web frameworks (React, Angular). Strong understanding of software design, security, and API development. Experience managing technical teams and delivering in high-growth environments. Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Other Skills:
