*Job Overview*
We are seeking an experienced Senior WMS (Warehouse Management System HOMEGROWN) Specialist Project Leader to oversee and lead complex projects related to warehouse management solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise in Quantum engineering, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will drive project success from inception through implementation, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence within our logistics and supply chain operations.
*Duties*
* Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of WMS projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Apply quantum engineering principles to optimize warehouse automation processes and enhance system performance.
* Coordinate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to develop technical solutions that improve inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and overall efficiency.
* Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules while mitigating risks and resolving issues proactively.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and junior staff.
* Conduct regular project reviews and communicate progress to executive leadership.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols throughout project lifecycle.
*Requirements*
Manhattan Scale and Inventory (Manhattan WMS) 3+
Must have at least 10+years’ experience with either PKMS preferably Scale warehouse management system (WMS), inventory management concepts.3)
Must have business application development and SQL Database administration experience.
The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Manhattan SCALE and act as a trusted advisor for system enhancements, issue resolution, and process improvements.
1. Act as the primary SME for Manhattan SCALE WMS, providing expert-level support and guidance to operations, IT, and project teams.
2. Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and testing of WMS enhancements and new functionality.
3. Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long term solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
5. Provide strategic input on WMS roadmap, upgrades, and integration with existing warehouse control material handling systems.
6. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
Ability to analyze systems and solve complex problems, schedule, test, install, and implement programs/applications; write and revise standards and procedures; work in a team environment; and handle multiple projects.
* Proven experience in leading WMS or warehouse automation projects within a logistics or manufacturing environment.
* Strong background in quantum engineering or related advanced technological fields is highly desirable.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams effectively.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex systems and develop innovative solutions for operational challenges.
* Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
