Your responsibilities will include preparing shipping documents, verifying order contents, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining organized shipping areas. This position demands meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to upholding our high standards for order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure seamless outbound logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and print shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Verify that picked items match order specifications before packing.
- Coordinate with freight carriers for shipment pickups and deliveries.
- Ensure shipping areas are clean, organized, and efficient.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments processed.
- Communicate any shipping delays or issues to relevant parties.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed for shipments.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Practice safe Lifting techniques to prevent strain and injury.
- Support the overall logistics flow of goods within the warehouse.
