Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking to elevate your career? We're currently seeking a dedicated *Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist* to join our outpatient clinic in Saint Joseph, MI.

*About the Role:*
As a Physical Therapist at our center, you’ll deliver individualized, evidence-based care through comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment planning, and education. Your role is pivotal in helping patients regain function and achieve their goals.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions
* Develop and implement customized treatment plans and home exercise programs
* Educate and empower patients and their families
* Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure quality outcomes
* Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to compliance standards
*What You’ll Need:*
* Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
* Active Michigan PT license (or eligible within six months)
* New grads and those awaiting licensure are encouraged to apply
*Preferred Skills:*
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving ability
* Passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement
* Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems
* A professional demeanor and commitment to excellence
