*Your Responsibilities Will Include:*
* Providing direct nursing care and medication administration
* Communicating compassionately with residents and families
* Monitoring and documenting care and progress
* Participating in continued training to keep growing your skills
*What You Bring to the Table:*
* Current *LPN license* (State of PA)
* Ability to handle the physical demands of LPN responsibilities
* Great communication, teamwork, and a heart for caregiving
* Strong organization and clinical skills
