This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the El Dorado Hills, CA or Chicago, IL metro area. As an Automation Engineer on Keeper's KEPM team, you will play a key role in designing and implementing automation that ensures the security, stability, and performance of our enterprise-grade privileged access solutions. You'll collaborate closely with software developers and QA engineers to create automated test suites, validate integrations across platforms, and maintain consistent test coverage across all product environments. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about test automation, secure systems, and continuous quality improvement in complex enterprise software environments. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright and Pytest Design and develop custom automation tools to drive integration and end-to-end testing Experience of enterprise-level test automation using JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, Bash, and YAML Develop an API testing module from scratch Develop automated tests for web and API services hosted in AWS Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions (or similar tools) Manage containerized test environments using Docker and Kubernetes Implement and validate secure login workflows using SSO (OAuth, SAML) and identity providers Execute remote testing using VNC, SSH, and RDP across various access protocols Perform cross-browser and cross-platform validation using Playwright, Pytest Monitor and report test results using tools such as AWS CloudWatch and S3 Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery
