Who You Are
A team focused engineer with experience building large scale systems. You have extensive experience with spine and leaf networks, automation, and design experience. What Youll Do
Designing and maintaining a highly available EVPN?VXLAN spine and leaf network. Implementing a micro?segmented network security posture. Design and implement a monitoring system that will include a dark fiber network. Design and implement an Infrastructure as Code methodology around networking components. Design and maintain perimeter networking devices in a highly secure posture.
What Were Looking For
Experience managing Juniper network devices. Experience with Juniper Apstra and Mist. Extensive experience with BGP. Experience with Terraform for network provisioning.
Experience with Palo?Alto firewalls. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu). Understanding of security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and vulnerability management. Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Containerd). Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Perl. Excellent problem?solving and analytical skills. Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN). Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
