Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to company standards.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed and trained.
- Follow all safety regulations and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as directed.
- Capable of lifting and moving items up to 40 lbs.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physical stamina to perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Commitment to following safety procedures and guidelines. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
