You will be responsible for reading order forms, locating the correct items, and ensuring they are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order details
- Inspect items for quality and damage
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping
- Label packages correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Operate basic warehouse equipment
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE
- Assist with inventory counts as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform consistent Lifting
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous picking or packing experience is a plus
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards
- Comfortable working in a dynamic logistics environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
