We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the smooth and efficient flow of our logistics. Responsibilities may include order picking, packing, loading, unloading, and general warehouse maintenance. You will work with a team to ensure that products are handled with care and accuracy, meeting our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a strong commitment to safety and efficiency. We provide comprehensive training on all aspects of the job, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques. You will be an integral part of our logistics chain, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment is essential. Key responsibilities include:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Organizing and stocking inventory within the warehouse.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Performing inventory cycle counts.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the distribution center.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Using designated PPE at all times.
- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.
This role requires the ability to perform frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds, as well as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Your dedication to safety and your contribution to our logistics excellence are highly valued.
