Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required).
- Stage outgoing shipments for transportation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, such as sweeping, tidying, and organizing.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Ensure efficient movement of goods within the logistics facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work the assigned shift schedule.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
