Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Fulfill orders by picking and packing items efficiently.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and organization within the warehouse.
- Safely operate material handling equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory audits.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and orderly.
- Follow all company safety protocols and use required PPE .
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical capability to perform tasks including constant movement, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in warehouse operations or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is beneficial.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to wear all mandated PPE .
