Join our dynamic logistics team as an Order Picker in Madison, Wisconsin! We are seeking motivated individuals to accurately pick and pack customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is crucial to our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Read order sheets and accurately identify products.
- Retrieve items from shelves and storage locations.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks to move merchandise.
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and update order status.
- Package items securely for shipment, ensuring no damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform regular lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily picking goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or picking experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to read and understand order instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to perform tasks involving regular lifting and bending.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
