As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a critical role in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders with accuracy and speed. This role is essential to our logistics network, ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately into designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders using various scanning equipment and fulfillment methods.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity during transit.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and performance metrics.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to safety and security.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety vests and gloves.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of Safety.
