We are seeking a motivated and reliable Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks essential to the efficient operation of our warehouse and the timely delivery of our products to customers. Your primary duties will include picking and packing orders accurately, receiving and processing incoming stock, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through diligent scanning and data entry.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety and quality control.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all mandated PPE requirements during shifts.
- Expect to be involved in tasks requiring significant Lifting of goods, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Understanding of basic Safety practices in a warehouse environment is crucial.
- Familiarity with Logistics and supply chain operations is beneficial.
