Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art logistics facility in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. Your contribution is vital to maintaining our high standards of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role that requires precision and a commitment to excellence in a busy warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently pick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets.
  • Pack items securely and appropriately for safe transit.
  • Verify order accuracy before packing and shipment.
  • Label packages with correct shipping information.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as scanners and pallet jacks safely.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy through stock checks and put-aways.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in fulfillment or a similar warehouse role is preferred. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods. Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills are a must. A strong understanding of workplace safety, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is required. Working Conditions:
