We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of service. You'll be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where maintaining order and accuracy is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using a handheld scanner and order fulfillment system.
- Verify product accuracy against order slips to minimize errors.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and stock put-away.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and security.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is preferred but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. A strong understanding of safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a team environment and possess basic reading and counting skills. Reliability and a strong work ethic are key. Working Conditions:
This role operates in a warehouse environment. The position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting and standing. You will be provided with necessary PPE to ensure your safety. Understanding and adhering to all safety guidelines is mandatory.
