Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to provided lists.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Organize warehouse shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Follow all company Safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 60 lbs.
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and warehouse procedures.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to Safety and upholding company standards.
