We are recruiting a reliable Warehouse Associate for our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this role, you will be a crucial part of our logistics operations, handling various tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment. Your duties will encompass receiving, unpacking, stocking, and preparing goods for shipment. This position demands accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. You will work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth flow of products and contribute to overall operational excellence. This role requires physical exertion, including significant standing, walking, and frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Understanding and implementing warehouse safety procedures, including the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper lifting techniques, is mandatory for all associates. - Receive, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Good communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
