Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Distribution Center Associates to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of goods within our distribution facility. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, picking customer orders, packing items securely, and preparing them for shipment. Accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to safety are key requirements for this position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We provide comprehensive training and expect all associates to strictly follow safety protocols and wear provided PPE at all times. This role demands physical stamina, as it involves significant lifting and standing throughout the shift. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and maintain our high standards. Understanding of inventory control and warehouse best practices will be beneficial. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unpack, and store incoming inventory.
  • Accurately pick products for customer orders.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free.
  • Support shipping and receiving operations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily goals.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of logistics and inventory management is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Willingness to wear all required PPE.
