We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders with accuracy and speed. You will handle the movement of goods from receiving docks to storage areas and prepare items for shipment. Attention to detail is paramount to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize errors. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong work ethic. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace, and all associates are expected to adhere to our strict safety protocols. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent counting and record-keeping.
- Safely lift and move packages and materials, adhering to established weight limits.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping and tidying up assigned areas.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Properly utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed by supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our supply chain and logistics network.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE, including safety glasses and gloves.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance.
