You will be responsible for handling packages of various sizes and weights, requiring **lifting** capabilities and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment for everyone. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Sort, stock, and retrieve inventory from designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all **safety** protocols and wear appropriate **PPE** at all times.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Contribute to team efforts and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Handle **lifting** of goods up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to **safety** and **PPE** usage.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of **logistics** principles is beneficial.
