We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Associate to contribute to our successful logistics operations in San Diego, California. This is a multifaceted role where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse. Your duties will encompass a range of activities, including receiving incoming goods, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for delivery. A strong emphasis is placed on accuracy and efficiency to meet our logistical demands. You will work with modern warehouse technology, including scanning equipment and inventory management software. This position requires you to be physically active throughout your shift, involving significant standing, walking, bending, and reaching. You must be comfortable with lifting items up to 50 lbs regularly. Safety is a cornerstone of our workplace culture; compliance with all safety regulations and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are non-negotiable. Experience with forklift operation is highly desirable. - Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Utilize RF scanners and WMS for inventory tracking.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Meet productivity and quality standards.
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Must be able to perform frequent lifting.
