Join our growing fulfillment center in Las Vegas, Nevada as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to our efficient logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including receiving inventory, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail and efficiency are crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth running of our logistics network. Safety is paramount; therefore, you will be required to wear appropriate PPE and follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure and healthy work environment. This position involves standing, walking, and occasional lifting of products. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick items from shelves according to order lists.
- Package orders with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages for shipping.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear provided PPE.
- Meet established productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capability for occasional lifting of up to 35 lbs.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Team player with a positive outlook.
