Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks on all items before packing and shipping.
- Utilize warehouse technology (scanners, WMS) for order processing.
- Ensure efficient and safe packing of goods for transit.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
- Keep the fulfillment area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment quotas.
- Must be able to perform lifting of items up to 50 lbs frequently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or e-commerce logistics preferred.
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and proper use of PPE.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with effective communication abilities.
