In this role, you will be integral to our operations, responsible for efficiently processing customer orders, from picking and packing to shipping. Your duties will include utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS), picking items from shelves, inspecting goods for quality, and preparing them for dispatch. You will also contribute to inventory management and maintain a clean, orderly workspace. This position requires regular lifting and the ability to stand for long periods. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping.
- Process shipments using shipping software and equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stocking and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and utilize provided PPE.
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Must be capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs consistently.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics roles preferred.
- Proficiency with warehouse technology (scanners, WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including significant lifting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
