Join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Distribution Center Associate! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to contribute to our efficient logistics operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and preparing shipments. This role is fundamental to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and verify shipment contents.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory in designated locations.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Ensure all products are handled with care and stored properly.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety standards and protocols.
- Wear and utilize required PPE at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Commitment to adhering to safety guidelines.
