Join our bustling warehouse in St. Louis, Missouri, as an Order Picker! This is a key role within our logistics operations, focused on ensuring that customer orders are accurately and efficiently fulfilled. You will be responsible for retrieving specific items from our extensive inventory, preparing them for the next stage of the shipping process. We are looking for individuals who are meticulous, reliable, and possess a strong sense of urgency. Working in a dynamic warehouse environment, you will utilize tools like RF scanners to guide your picking process. Safety is our highest priority, and all team members are expected to adhere to our strict safety guidelines, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders.
- Verify product accuracy and quantities before moving items to staging areas.
- Operate RF scanners to track inventory movement and order status.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our logistics network.
- Must be able to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Be a proactive member of the warehouse team.
