Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order requirements, ensuring correct item and quantity.
- Pack items securely for shipment, using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage.
- Label packages correctly for shipping.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory and fulfill orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station and contribute to overall warehouse tidiness.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory control tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily picking and packing targets.
- Physical stamina required for continuous work, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in following instructions and understanding product placement.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.
- Uphold high standards of performance and safety.
