Job Summary:
We are hiring Picker/Packers for our facility in Los Angeles, California. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders. Your duties will encompass locating items within the warehouse, ensuring the correct product and quantity are selected, and then carefully packaging them for shipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are essential. This position is fundamental to our Logistics operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order fulfillment. Key tasks include:
  • Reading and interpreting order pick lists or using RF scanners to locate products.
  • Retrieving correct items from warehouse shelves and storage locations.
  • Verifying product codes and quantities against order requirements.
  • Packaging items securely, selecting appropriate boxes and protective materials.
  • Applying shipping labels and preparing orders for dispatch.
  • Maintaining an organized and clean workstation and work area.
  • Adhering to all company policies, especially those concerning workplace Safety .
The role requires frequent Lifting and moving of packages, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. You must wear the mandatory PPE , which includes safety footwear and high-visibility vests. Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is advantageous.
