We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping merchandise. - Receive and unload incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Inspect goods for damage and discrepancies.
- Store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping deadlines.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent cycle counting and system updates.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transport, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety and compliance with all regulations.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
