Join our team as a Fulfillment Associate in our St. Louis, Missouri logistics facility! We're looking for reliable individuals to contribute to our efficient order processing and shipping operations. Your role will involve picking and packing items for customer orders, receiving and stocking incoming inventory, and ensuring the warehouse remains organized and clean. Safety is our top priority; all associates are required to follow strict safety guidelines and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position demands physical activity, including significant lifting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order lists or scanning devices.
- Pack items carefully into appropriate shipping containers.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity goals.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Commitment to following safety procedures.
