- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage orders for outbound transport.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use required PPE.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Strong dedication to workplace safety.
