Join our dynamic team as an Order Picker in sunny Orlando, Florida! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to play a key role in our fulfillment operations. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This role requires attention to detail, speed, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment. You will work closely with other members of our logistics team to ensure that orders are processed accurately and dispatched on time. The ability to work in a fast-paced setting and perform repetitive Lifting tasks is essential. We provide thorough training on our systems and procedures, as well as ongoing support to ensure your success. We emphasize Safety and require all employees to use appropriate PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Locate and retrieve specified items from warehouse shelves using order pick lists or scanning devices.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and shipping.
- Operate order picking equipment (e.g., electric pallet jacks) safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including packing and loading.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Meet individual and team productivity goals.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an order picker or in a warehouse environment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and product labels.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive Lifting throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills.
- Awareness of and commitment to warehouse Safety practices.
