Join our growing team as a Distribution Center Associate in Boston, Massachusetts! We are searching for dedicated individuals to support the daily operations of our busy distribution center. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods. You will be involved in various tasks, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping. A key aspect of this position is maintaining a safe and organized work environment. We are committed to operational excellence and require team members who are meticulous, reliable, and physically capable of handling the demands of the job. This includes consistent Lifting and adherence to all Safety standards. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively within the logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
- Pick products from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack items securely for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and dollies.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper put-away and stock rotation.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Strictly adhere to all Safety protocols and use required PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is advantageous.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent bending, stooping, and Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of Safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
