We are looking for enthusiastic Picker/Packers to join our fulfillment center in Provo, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and packing them for shipment. Efficiency and accuracy are key to meeting order fulfillment goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing, reaching, and **lifting** items. You will be trained on our order management system and picking technologies. A strong commitment to **safety** is essential, and you will be required to use all provided **PPE** and follow established **safety** protocols. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Verify product accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and wear required **PPE**.
- Perform **lifting** of products up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to team goals in a **logistics** environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous picking and packing experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in **lifting** and moving items.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and **PPE** adherence.
