We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our daily warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials. Your responsibilities will range from receiving and stocking inventory to picking, packing, and preparing shipments. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use appropriate PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stocktaking activities.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and a commitment to following them.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
